core

Easy to learn, hard to master.

core is a turn-based tactical strategy game where your units start with no abilities of their own. You install cores onto them to give each piece its unique movement and attack pattern. Every card shows exactly how it moves and strikes with arrows.

Prime: Protect your Prime Unit while hunting down your opponent's. If your Prime is captured, you immediately lose.

Termination: Eliminate every enemy unit from the board to achieve victory.

Infiltration: Successfully move any two of your units onto the opponent's back rank. They do not need to arrive on the same turn. Once the second unit reaches the back rank, you win.

Choose from three core sets, Set I is more basic units, Set II is more diverse stragetic units, and Set III has a chance at spawning rarer super dynamic Gold units.

Play locally against a friend, or against an AI with three difficulty levels, including a Hard mode that plans ahead and defends itself with more tenacity.

Also includes a built-in tutorial, quick-start match presets, and an optional mode that reveals or hides your opponent's hand if you want a more open, strategic game.
